After considering a number of alternatives Becky and Georgina organisers of London Hat Week have decided to reschedule London Hat Week for 6-12 October 2020.
They are now beginning the massive job of putting the LHW20 Schedule back together, knowing that everyone has many questions and concerns at this time and they obviously want to address each of these as quickly as possible.
Therefore if you have tickets for a London Hat Week 2020 class or event, please read on to find out what will happen next.
WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU BOOKED AN LHW TEAM EVENT
If you booked an LHW Team event through the London Hat Week website, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new dates wherever possible. Due to tutor and venue availability, some timetable changes will need to be made. For each LHW Team event that you have booked, you will receive an email with more details in the next few days. If you are not able to make the new dates, you will be able to request a refund. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder and let us know if have not heard from us by 31 March 2020.
WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU BOOKED AN LHW PARTNER EVENT
If you booked an event with one of our partners, you will be contacted in the next 7-10 days by the relevant organiser. Please be aware that third-party organisers have their own cancellation and transfer policies.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO MAKE NEW BOOKINGS FOR LHW20
LHW are working hard to publish the updated timetable as soon as possible. Please join their mailing list to be notified when they are ready to take bookings again.
REFUNDS
London Hat Week and their partners are all small businesses. Like you, they have each been impacted by the current pandemic. Where refunds are granted, please be patient as these may take some time to process.
LHW look forward to getting our hats on and celebrating with you when this is all behind us.
